Billy and Mandy Fright Before Christmas by Cartoon Network

If you crave a little fright this Christmas, CN has a pretty good Billy and Mandy game up its sleeves.

Jeez, what do the forces of evil have against Christmas?

For those unfamiliar with the show, its about the adventures of an extremely dumb boy named Billy, a girl with pretty much no emotion or conscience named Mandy and a not very intimidating version of the Grim Reaper who was forced to become their friend after losing a game of limbo to them. This game was released as a flash game tie-in for Billy and Mandy Save Christmas, the show's Christmas special. The story is simple: Santa's workshop has been overrun with evil toys and its up to the main characters to destroy them all.

The art style is copies the show's art style quite nicely. The music is also pretty good. The gameplay is rather simple: You use the mouse to aim and fire your weapons and the spacebar to change characters. Mandy throws various weapons at the toys, Grim sucks up the gears said toys leave behind after they die and Billy stalls the toys. You die if the toys make it to the barrier and blow out all the candles surrounding it. The game starts out easy, but quickly ramps up in difficulty as the toys start to come in much bigger numbers.

The game might not be the most complex, but it more than makes up for that with fun and challenging gameplay. I recommend you give it a look, especially if you're a fan of the show. One note, though: On the CN website, this game tends to lag whenever the add to the right of the flash player changes
