Everbound by midget654
I'll be talking about midget654's game without the rose tinted glasses.
This game is a parody of RPGs. Your goal is to end the Final Fantasy franchise. To do this, you'll have to defeat a giant blob, a sentient computer/television duo, a huge golem and a quartet of multicolored nerds before heading to the obligatory final boss (yes, that's what it's called in-game).
The visuals don't look too good by today's standards, though the music is pretty decent. The game play is like most RPGs: both you and your opponents take turns attacking, defending and healing. You have 3 characters to control: A wizard named Keico, a gun-toting woman named Mizu and a fat guy named Konnichiwa. Every character has their own set of weapons and spells. The game is generally easy up until the final boss. Being a parody of Final Fantasy, this game has a generally humorous nature.
I might've enjoyed this game as a kid, but it's definitely showing it's age in some aspects (this was made in 2005, for those wondering). The visuals aren't too good compared to later web games and it's usage of Final Fantasy music is kinda lazy, but the humor isn't too bad. It's still an enjoyable game and one that's really easy to play, but it just can't compare to games like Abobo's Big Adventure.
Somebody call the Ghostbusters, Slimer's on the loose! |
