I-Mockery's "Select Your Destiny" series

I-Mockery strikes again and this time, they've brought something a little different. Warning: These games contain enough adult themes to rival your average episode of South Park or Family Guy. Viewer discretion is advised.

These games are like a box of chocolates: You never know what you'll get!

Select Your Destiny is a series of interactive stories on the I-Mockery website. The plot of each story is different. For example: the 1st story has you going home after school, in the 5th story you go to a haunted Summer camp and the 7th story involves you trying to stop an alien invasion.

There is no music present within this series. Each page has its own pretty well made picture. The gameplay is extremely simple: Just choose one of 4 options on each page and hope you guessed correctly. There are many different game over scenarios. Additionally, the 3rd, 4th, 5th and 7th stories have very short, built-in flash games that you have have to complete.

The games are really simple, but still really great. The games have a wonderful if sometimes dark sense of humor and it generally isn't too hard to play through them. My only gripe is that like an episode of Robot Chicken, the games can sometimes get really gross and/or disturbing out of nowhere. For example, one of the fail screens in the 5th games shows a bloody eyeball.

I love this series. Sure it can get kinda adult at times, but it's all balanced out by great humor and interesting scenarios. If you love choose your own adventure books, this series will tickle your fancy..
